Almost every franchise organization is faced with the difficult task of finding good speakers for its annual conventions, workshops, seminars, executive retreats, or other special events. Now, there is a resource that understands the unique needs of franchisors and can provide the most appropriate presenter(s) and program(s) for a specific event, theme, audience and budget.

Bringing in a speaker is one part of a franchisor's overall event strategy to ensure impact throughout their audience or organization; however, meeting planners don't always have the time or resources to fully research the best keynote speakers for their upcoming event. Not every speaker is right for every audience. A speaker that is highly successful with one audience may be totally inappropriate for another. We will take care to match the speaker to the audience, event theme, needs, objectives, and budget.

And the good news is this service is free to you as our speakers cover our fees. You will not be able to book a speaker for less by dealing with them directly. Plus, we make your job easier by managing the entire process. We coordinate everything including:
  • Speaking Agreement
  • Fees and Expenses
  • Audio/visual requirements
  • Room layout
  • Speaker information e.g. bios, digital photographs, background materials and hand outs
  • Travel arrangements and ground transportation
  • Accommodations and meals
  • Arranging for the speaker to attend social events if you so desire
  • If the speaker may sell products and if so, how this will be handled
  • An agreement on any audio- or videotaping of the presentation
  • Cancellation policies
  • Backup speaker in the event of illness
Whenever possible, we will help a franchise company save on costs by providing an opportunity to share travel expenses with other organizations if a speaker has other engagements in the same area and at the same time as their event.
