Patrick is The Big Picture Coach and a business coach, speaker, & trainer. He has personally coached hundreds of businesspeople within the past 6 years, and has spoken to thousands at a variety of seminars and workshops over the past 4 years. He describes his focus as "helping build immunity to business problems".
Born and raised on a South Okanagan fruit orchard into a farming family, he learned small business, work ethic, and dealing with people in multi-cultural environments early in life. This formative upbringing has shaped Patrick in a way that lets him translate it meaningfully for others and for their businesses.
Patrick is a graduate of Simon Fraser University's Business Administration program (Marketing Major) and of the Thomas Leonard School of Coaching, as well as the Coachville School of Corporate Coaching and the School of Executive Coaching. He is a Certified Trainer with CRG (Consulting Resources Group), North America's finest personality-profiling-based assessment tools, where he loves to help others take the mystery out of why people think, feel, and do what they do.
Patrick's clients include business owners, professionals, managers, industry associations, professional associations, banks, credit unions, and corporations.
